Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

All Consumer Products sold include a 1 (one) year parts and labor limited warranty (see Warranty section).

Defective units may be returned for repair (or replacement at the company's discretion) during the warranty period once the customer obtains an RMA number from Customer Service. If the warranty period has expired, a repair charge will be assessed after receiving authorization from the customer. The unit(s) should be securely repackaged in its original packing material and returned freight prepaid to the address indicated on the RMA form. Units returned to AerielleTM for any reason other than manufacturer's defect will be subject to refurbishing charges, and defective units will either be replaced or credited toward future purchases by the customer.
